- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Final pricing is confirmed after site inspection
- Prices are subject to change for additional work or unforeseen circumstances
- Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Services are scheduled based on mutual agreement
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide safe and clear access to work areas
- Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
- Secure valuable items before service
- Be present or provide access to the property
6. Liability and Insurance
We carry comprehensive liability insurance. While we take utmost care, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed to us.
7. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we'll address the issue promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RAN Technical Services and protected by copyright laws.
